Prices, production schedules, freight charges, exchange-rate adjustments, duties, taxes, insurance, certification costs, installation, commissioning, training, and on-site services are included only when expressly listed in the quotation.

A quotation may be revised or withdrawn before acceptance if:

• Raw-material, component, energy, freight, insurance, or currency costs materially change.
• The buyer changes the specification, quantity, destination, delivery term, or required certification.
• A manufacturer revises availability, pricing, or production lead time.
• Compliance screening identifies legal, sanctions, export-control, or end-use concerns.
• A typographical, calculation, specification, or pricing error is discovered.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, standard payment terms are 30% by T/T as a deposit and 70% by T/T before shipment. Alternative payment arrangements, including letters of credit, are subject to written approval. Production and delivery periods begin only after receipt of the agreed deposit, final technical confirmation, and all required buyer documents.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a signed contract. Incoterms are interpreted under the edition specified in the quotation or contract.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government restrictions, sanctions, export bans, port congestion, carrier disruption, labor disputes, power shortages, supplier interruption, or other force majeure events.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory provisions of applicable law remain unaffected.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. A party raising a dispute should provide written notice describing the issue and the requested remedy. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 calendar days after receipt of that notice, either party may refer it to arbitration.

Unless the applicable signed sales contract states otherwise, the dispute will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission under its rules in effect when the arbitration is commenced. The seat of arbitration will be Qingdao, Shandong, China; the arbitration language will be English; and the award will be final and binding.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or protective relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. If a signed contract contains different governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions, that contract will control the relevant transaction.
