Seven-Stage Cooperation Timeline

Transparent progress at every stage

Timelines vary by configuration, certification, destination, and order volume. Your project manager provides milestone updates from requirement confirmation through after-sales support.

  1. 01

    Inquiry & Requirement Confirmation

We review the application, operating environment, technical parameters, target capacity, required certifications, destination, commercial terms, and delivery expectations. For complete systems, we also identify auxiliary equipment, recommended spare parts, training, and site-condition requirements.

    • Application and formation conditions
    • Technical specification and capacity
    • Destination standards and certification
    • Budget, Incoterm, and target schedule

    Estimated Time

    Within 24 hours

  2. 02

    Technical Proposal & Quotation

Oasis Petrotech compares qualified manufacturing options and prepares a technically aligned proposal. The quotation defines scope of supply, exclusions, optional items, unit pricing, production lead time, warranty, inspection method, packing, and shipping terms.

Standard payment is 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Depending on project risk and order value, an at-sight letter of credit or other agreed secured terms may be considered.

    Estimated Time

    2-5 business days

  3. 03

    Production & Milestone Tracking

After contract confirmation and deposit receipt, the selected factory releases the production plan. We track material readiness, fabrication, assembly, critical-component installation, intermediate inspection, finishing, and factory testing. Progress updates can include photographs, videos, and milestone reports.

    Material readiness
    Assembly updates
    Mid-production check
    Factory acceptance test

    Estimated Time

    30-120 days

    Product dependent

  4. 04

    Quality Control & Final Inspection

Before release, the order is checked against the approved specification and contract. Inspection covers model and configuration, appearance, functional parameters, nameplates, accessories, spare-parts quantities, documentation, and seaworthy packing. Remote video inspection is available, while SGS or Bureau Veritas inspection can be arranged for major orders.

Certification files may include API 7K, API Q1, API 6A, CE, ATEX Zone II, ISO, or project-specific compliance documents where applicable.

    Estimated Time

    2-7 business days

  5. 05

    Export Preparation & Shipping

Following approval and balance payment, we coordinate export packing, customs documentation, container loading or breakbulk preparation, port delivery, customs declaration, and carrier handover. Shipping options are selected according to cargo dimensions, destination, urgency, and cost.

Typical ocean transit is 20-60 days. Total transit may vary because of route availability, transshipment, port congestion, customs, weather, and destination handling.

    Preparation

    7-15 business days

    Plus transit time

  6. 06

    Delivery & Handover

We provide shipping-document copies for destination preparation and monitor the shipment through arrival. The customer or appointed customs broker completes import clearance and inland delivery unless destination services are included. Handover includes document verification, package-count confirmation, and receipt inspection guidance.

Any visible transport damage or package shortage should be recorded immediately with photographs and noted on the carrier’s receipt.

    Estimated Time

    3-10 business days

    After port arrival

  7. 07

    Commissioning & After-Sales Support

Our support continues after delivery through remote troubleshooting, operating guidance, maintenance recommendations, technical document coordination, and spare-parts supply. A recommended spare-parts package can be shipped with the equipment to reduce downtime.
